Grade 2 through Grade 5: Thursdays and Saturdays begins May 2nd Grades 6 through High School: Wednesdays, begins May 1st. Crossfit Battleground program is designed to help kids and pre-teens develop a love for fitness. We believe that by making exercise fun, in a class setting, with measurable and obtainable results, we will start our youth off in a positive direction. Our program will help you child gain more self-confidence, and instill a healthy, positive body image. All classes are taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor. GET IN SHAPE – Hip Hop fitness for Adults:
Session I: Tuesday Mornings: April 30 – June 18, 2013, Time: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Session II: Thursday Evenings: April 25 – June 20, 2013, time: 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
Hip-Hop fitness for adults, a hip-hop core based fitness program. This program is based on science to help achieve optimal core and body fitness. In this class you will learn to incorporate the latest moves to the most popular motivating music. The hip-hop dance technique will give you an unforgettable workout. You can work out at three levels, low, medium and high. Instructor, Aleen Stanton, has been featured on the TV show “Shaping Up With Jazz” and taught aerobic dancercise. Fee: One 8 week session is $58.00 Non-residents add $10.00. Drop-ins are welcome: Fee is $10.00 per class.

Zumba is for everyone! Get fit with the popular Latin-inspired dance fitness program. Work out to the latest energizing music. The instructor is Aleen Stanton who also teaches Zumba classes in Florida. You will love this class. You can work at your own level and move at your own pace. Fee: One 8 week session for $50.00 Non-residents add $10.00. Drop-ins are welcome: Fee is $10.00 per class.
